Emancipet offers a network of low-cost, nonprofit veterinary clinics throughout Central Texas, providing essential services for pets in need. Below is a breakdown of each location and what they offer:  

Emancipet Clinics 

Central Texas Levander Loop Clinic – East Austin Located at 7201 Levander Loop, Buildings I & K, this clinic provides spay/neuter services by appointment, vaccines, microchipping, dental cleanings, heartworm testing and treatment, and soft-tissue surgery. A typical surgery costs $125, and the office visit fee is $20. 

Norwood Park Clinic – North Austin Found at 1030 Norwood Park Blvd, Suite 316, this location offers spay/neuter services for $125 per pet. It also accepts walk-ins for healthy pet services, including vaccinations, wellness check-ups, microchipping, dental cleaning, soft-tissue surgery, and heartworm treatment.  

Dental & Surgical Center – North Austin Located next door at Suite 312, this center specializes in low-cost dental cleanings and extractions, soft-tissue surgeries, and heartworm testing and treatment. It’s ideal for pets needing more advanced procedures.  

Windermere Drive Clinic – Pflugerville At 15803 Windermere Dr, Suite 420, this clinic provides spay/neuter services by appointment and offers walk-in care for vaccines, microchipping, and basic wellness services.  

Killeen Clinic Located at 204 W Avenue B in Killeen, this clinic offers $125 spay/neuter procedures along with walk-in services for vaccines, microchipping, and flea or heartworm prevention.  

Mobile Free Days – Austin/Travis County Emancipet also hosts rotating free clinic days at local parks and recreation centers across the Austin area. These Mobile Free Days provide free spay/neuter services for dogs and cats, free microchips and rabies vaccines, and reduced-cost DHPP and flea/heartworm medications. The $20 office visit fee is waived for local residents.

Texas Humane Heroes – Leander Located at 10930 E Crystal Falls Pkwy, this clinic offers affordable spay/neuter, vaccines, dental cleanings, and heartworm care. Walk-in hours are available Tuesday through Friday.  

Texas Vets for Pets – Killeen This nonprofit clinic, located at 2501 S WS Young Dr #109, provides spay/neuter and general wellness services. Walk-in vaccination and healthy-pet checkups are available on Tuesdays and select Thursdays.  

City of Austin Animal Center Events Throughout the week (Monday through Friday), the City of Austin offers free microchips and rabies vaccines. In partnership with Emancipet, they also host periodic free or reduced-cost spay/neuter events for Travis County residents.

Services are available by appointment. Offers income-based pricing and open to the public.  

Animal Friends Humane Society – Gonzales County (Near San Antonio/New Braunfels) Address: 23445 US-183, Leesville, TX 78122 Services: Affordable spay/neuter clinics (monthly), low-cost vaccinations, wellness exams, microchipping. Often partners with mobile providers for wider regional access.  

P.A.L.S. (Prevent A Litter) – Kyle/Buda Area Address: 215 W San Antonio St, San Marcos, TX 78666 Services: Affordable spay/neuter vouchers for Hays County residents, plus wellness clinics with vaccinations, microchipping, and parasite prevention on rotating schedules.  

Emancipet Mobile Days – San Marcos/Kyle/Buda Area Check Emancipet’s mobile schedule for rotating low-cost/free services offered at local parks and event centers. Services include spay/neuter, microchipping, vaccinations, and heartworm/flea prevention.
